Final synthesis project

 


This app is about helping to manage your emotions and your mental conflicts, this type of tools work to develop skills that already exist in the person, but are not worked, because many times we do not know how to handle what we feel. There are different solutions for your problems, you can choose which one will serve you the most.

We are not Psychologists but we have the ability to provide support, to make the user feel loved, listened to, useful and to be able to provide them with a certain well-being.

The main objective that we want to achieve with this application is to help you in those moments of your life in which you need emotional support, either by giving you advice, giving you supportive phrases, giving you recommendations for when you feel stressed, tired, or sad, no person should be alone when that person have bad times, so this application does not replace a real person, but it works as a support in bad times, so that you feel much better or cheer up more.
